Privacy policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Kinspire collects through kinspiretravel.com, why we collect it and what you can do about it. If you have any questions, email us at hello@kinspiretravel.com.
Who we are
Kinspire organises summer trips for working families. Kinspire is the controller of the personal data described in this policy, and you can reach us at hello@kinspiretravel.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- your first name and email address
- the country you live in and your children's ages, if you choose to tell us
- whether you're joining as a family or a company
- whether you'd like to receive email updates about Kinspire
- the date and time you signed up, and the country your connection came from
If you book an intro call, Google Calendar collects the details you enter on the booking page and shares them with us.
We don't use cookies or tracking tools on this website, and our fonts are hosted on our own site, so visiting it doesn't send your data to font or advertising services.
Why we use it
- To manage the waitlist and contact you about joining a trip. We do this because you asked to join (taking steps at your request before entering into a contract).
- To send you email updates about Kinspire. We only do this if you tick the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand interest in our trips, for example how many families and companies have signed up. This is in our legitimate interest in planning trips.
We will never sell your data or share it with other companies for their marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and passes your waitlist details to our sign-up sheet.
- Google (Google Workspace) stores the waitlist and our email, and runs our booking calendar.
These providers may process data outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where they do, they use legal safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until you ask us to remove them, or for up to two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give you a copy of it. You can withdraw consent to email updates at any time. To do any of these, email hello@kinspiretravel.com. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In Portugal that's the CNPD, and in the UK it's the ICO.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
